Response standards
- Tier 1 (within 50 mi): 2-hour emergency response, 4-hour business-hours dispatch.
- Tier 2 (50–100 mi): 4-hour emergency response, next-business-day dispatch.
- Tier 3 (100+ mi): Best effort, scheduled service preferred.
Response SLAs are written into the master services agreement for support clients. Travel charges apply outside Tier 1 per the agreement.
